Honestly? This one already does the hard part — you look like someone a hiring manager would happily sit across a table from. The smile is real, the gaze is straight down the lens, the navy suit and tie read calm and competent. All I'd nudge is the crop: bring the frame in closer so your face, not the jacket, is doing the talking, and let the backdrop sit a shade deeper so your white collar doesn't melt into it.

Genuinely at home on a CV, a LinkedIn profile, a corporate bio page, a conference speaker listing, a panel announcement or a company team page — anywhere a serious, trustworthy, approachable face is the job, and especially in finance, law, consulting, engineering, healthcare or the public sector.
