7-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy with your Full Report, email support@nanorater.com within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason.

How to ask

Send the email you paid with (or your order number from the Stripe receipt) to support@nanorater.com. Refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.

If something went wrong

If your report could not be generated, or a preview failed, tell us — we will fix it or refund you, whichever you prefer, even after 7 days.

What is not charged

The face scan and the free tests are free and unlimited. Nanorater has no subscriptions and no recurring charges: the Full Report is a single one-time payment.

After a refund

A refunded report stops being available. You can ask us to delete the photo and report at the same time — see our privacy policy.
